Who is Queen Ann anyway?
“Queen Ann” Bassett was born in 1878 near Browns Park, Colorado in Moffat County. A notable and successful female rancher, she established relationships with renowned gunslingers and cattle barons during the Wild West era. Recognized for her astute ranching methods, she also had connections with different outlaws, such as Butch Cassidy's gang.
A hard-working, resilient and persevering rancher who forged her own path, leaving her own legacy.
